Confidentiality
  • Our Confidentiality Agreement ensures that any information that we learn from you or any other human related to your company, even a machine, stays with us and us only. For example, you may choose to give us access to your premises out of hours to allow for better service. Should you choose this, the entry keys and codes are stored, unmarked but numbered, in a key box in our vault (Flamble is based in a safe, secure locked area). The keys are only given to an employee on a job-by-job basis and this fact is logged. If the keys are lost, no identity travels with them. With Flamble, you can be sure of security, dependability, and confidentiality - and what's more important than trust?
